कतार सरकारले गोरखाका ३२ वर्षीय दीपक लामिछानेलाई डिपोर्ट (देश निकाला) गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ । देश निकालाको लागि कतार सरकारले लामिछानेलाई लागि पक्राउ गरिसकेको छ । उनलाई घरफिर्ती केन्द्र (डिपोर्टटेशन सेन्टर) मा राखिएको छ ।
अष्ट्रेलियामा कार्यरत गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघको पूर्व अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सदस्य दीपा राईले लामिछाने विरुद्ध दिएको उजुरी उपर छानबिन गरी कतार सरकारले आफ्नो देशमा रोजगार गर्न नपाउने गरी लामिछानेलाई डिपोर्ट गर्न लागेको हो । राई विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीको हितको लागि काम गर्ने एनआरएनको बैदेशिक रोजगार तथा आप्रवासन कल्याण समितिमा अष्ट्रेलियाबाट प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छन् ।
लामिछानेलाई गत मंगलबारमा पक्राउ गरि घर फिर्ती केन्द्र (डिपोर्टटेशन सेन्टर) मा राखिएको छ । त्यसअघि पनि उनलाई कतारको खोज तथा अनुसन्धान केन्द्र (एसएफडी)ले पक्राउ गरिसकेको थियो । उनलाई एक जना नेपाली कामदारले आफू जमानतमा बसेर आफ्नो राहदानी केन्द्रमा बुझाएपछि सेन्टरबाट बाहिर निकालेका थिए।
अष्ट्रेलियाको स्थायी बसोबासको अनुमति पाएकी राईले ‘लामिछानेले आफ्नो फेसबुक स्ट्याटसमाथि गालीगलौज गरेर कमेन्ट पोष्ट गरेको र कतारमा बसेर राजनीति गरेको’ भन्दै उजुरी गरेकी थिइन् । गत जुनको अन्तिम सातामा अष्ट्रेलिया भ्रमणमा जान लागेका नेकपा माओवादी (केन्द्र) का अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहाल विरुद्ध राईले आफ्नो फेसबुकमा स्टाट्स पोष्ट गरेकी थिइन् । त्यसउपर लामिछानेले प्रचण्डको बचाउ गर्दै राईको आलोचना गरेका थिए ।
११ वर्षदेखि कतारको एक कम्पनीमा प्रशासकीय विभागमा काम गर्दै आएका लामिछानेलाई डिपोर्ट नगर्न नेपाल सरकारले कतारलाई आग्रह गरेको छ ।
कतारस्थित नेपाली दूतावासले परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयका अधिकारीहरुलाई भेटेर एउटा सामान्य कामदारलाई डिपोर्ट नगर्न अनुरोध गरेको हो । ‘हामी नेपाली नगरिकको हितको लागि गर्नुपर्ने सबै पहल गरेका छौं,’ कतारका लागि कार्यबाहक राजदूत मणिरत्न शर्माले भने,‘दूतावासले आवश्यक समन्वय काम भइरहेको छ ।’
कतारी प्रहरीले उनलाई स्वदेश पठाउन बिहीबार नै फिङ्गरीङ’ (औंला र हत्केलाको छाप) गरिसकेको छ । प्रहरीको आग्रहमा कम्पनीले शनिबारको हवाई टिकट समेत दिइसकेको थियो । दूतावासले आग्रह गरेपछि लामिछानेलाई तत्काल पठाउने काम रोकिएको छ ।
लामिछानेले आफूबाट कतारको नियम कानुन उंलघन हुने कार्य नगरेको भन्दै कतारमै रहेर काम गर्न पाउनुपर्ने बयान दिएका छन् ।[kantipur]

I am not sure if the local media knows that this guy called Prachanda is coming to Australia who led an insurgency (that I would compare to modern day ISIS) where many Nepalese died, disappeared and is responsible for displacement of many families in rural Nepal. To date these victims are alive and waiting for justice. Unfortunately the justice system in Nepal is appalling and people like this guy can now walk around proudly and freely and be followed by a group of Nepali despite the party and the man accused of amassing untold amount of wealth through corruption and giving havens to notorious goondas (thugs) involved in bribery and collection of extortion money to date!
I would love for local media to come and question the humanitarian violation acts led by Prachanda and also ask Australian government how this man is being allowed to enter the country. I fear for the safety of Australian people and also the effect this person can have on general Australian public. Please share to let Australians know a man formerly accused of murdering and kidnapping is entering this land, a country fair and just and not for murderers and thieves!!!

Happy to provide information about the details of the trip dates and venue of gatherings if the Australians wants to stop this guy from entering the country!

आफ्नै नागरिकता र पास्पोर्ट डलर मा बेचेर पलायन हुने लाई नेपाल को बारेमा समिक्षा गर्ने अधिकार कस्ले दियो??? नेपालि जनताको हक़ र अधिकारको लागि क. प्रचन्ड ले देशमा नै क्रान्ति गरे तिमि जस्तो आफ्नो पहीचान बेचेर त भागेनन्, तिमिमा दम छ भने अस्ट्रेलिया को पिआर च्यातेर आऊँ दोषि प्रचन्ड, ज्ञानेन्द्र , शेरबहादुर, केपि, बाबुराम, कोहो थहा हुन्छ!!! आफु नांगै हिड्ने अरू ले छोटो कपडा लगाऊदा अश्लीलता भनेर बियंग्य गर्ने काम बन्द गर्!!!!!!!!
